No Returns Policy
At Expert Manufacturing, we take great care in ensuring every Memorial piece is crafted, packaged, and delivered with the highest quality and respect. Due to the highly personal and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exceptions
We will provide a replacement or refund only in the following rare cases:
The item arrives damaged during shipping.
The item received does not match the product description or personalization details provided in your order confirmation.
How to Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] or 702-483-9250. Include your order number, photos of the item, and packaging. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
We appreciate your understanding that urns are deeply personal memorial items, and for this reason, we cannot restock or resell them. Your trust means everything to us, and we are committed to making sure your order arrives exactly as intended.
Dispute Resolution Policy
At Expert Manufacturing, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. While all sales are final, we understand that disputes may occasionally arise. Our goal is to resolve any concerns fairly and efficiently.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Urns: Flat rate of $20 per urn (applies per item).
Small Packages: Flat rate of $10 per package (applies per item).
Local Pickup (Nevada only): Free of charge at our designated pickup location. Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-10 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped or ready for pickup.
Taxes
Nevada Sales Tax is applied to orders shipped within Nevada, as well as to all local pickup orders.
Orders shipped outside Nevada are not subject to Nevada sales tax. Customers are responsible for any taxes required by their own state.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
Local pickup is only available at our Nevada location.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
